SPECIFIC COUNTRY REQUIREMENTS

Italy & Brazil: You must provide your Tax Code (Codice Fiscale for Italy or CPF for Brazil) to process the shipment.
ADJUSTMENTS & COMBINED SHIPPING

Refunds/Invoices: If the actual shipping cost is lower than charged, we will refund the difference. If it is higher, we will send an additional invoice.

Combined Shipping: Orders placed within 7 business days can be combined to save on shipping costs.

Handling Time: Most orders ship within 4–5 business days. Sourced items may take 5–10 business days. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Small Orders: For orders under 2000g, loss or damage is not refundable. A Confirmation Form agreement is required before shipping.
