SHIPPING POLICY FOR RODS
SHIPPING RODS FOR SAFE DELIVERY We ship rods in rigid tubes with special care in packing. If a rod comes with a hard case that does not fit in a tube, we will pack it in a thick cardboard box. To ensure safety, we cannot ship rods together with other items (reels, lures, etc.). If you purchase rods and other items at the same time, please pay for them separately. If combined, we will send an additional invoice for the extra shipping charge.
SHIPPING SERVICES We typically use DHL for tubes shorter than 120cm and FedEx for tubes longer than 150cm. The number of rods we can combine in one shipment depends on their actual size.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING METHOD We reserve the right to change the shipping method if the selected option is unavailable in your area. For international orders outside of Malaysia, we may cancel the order if the address is outside our service coverage. Additional costs may apply for remote area deliveries.
AFTER SHIPPING & INSPECTION You will receive a tracking number once the order is ready. Please inspect your rod for defects before use. If you encounter any issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
